Any information uploaded by users, including news, descriptions or listings, must be truthful and not misleading. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of the content they upload.
Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following:

Listings: All listings must be accurate and truthful. Misleading listings may be removed and your account suspended.
Transactions: e-Sell is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality or delivery of items listed by users. All transactions are done at the user's own risk.

Content Ownership and Rights

By uploading content (including text, images, logos and other material), Users grant e-Sell the right to publish such content on the Platform.
Users must ensure that any content uploaded does not infringe the intellectual property rights, trademarks or privacy rights of others.

Spam, harmful or incorrect information

Users are prohibited from uploading spam, harmful, offensive or incorrect information.
e-Sell reserves the right to block or suspend any user account that violates these terms. Legal action may also be taken against the offending user by the affected parties.

Privacy and Data Use

Personal Information Collection

We collect personal information only when users voluntarily provide it, such as during registration or during interaction with platform features.
Users may choose to visit the platform anonymously; however some features may require identity verification.

Data Sharing and Publication

Information such as name, contact details and location may be visible to other users as part of your postings. Users should exercise discretion when sharing sensitive information.
We do not sell, trade or rent personal data. General demographic data, without personally identifiable details, may be shared with trusted partners and advertisers for analytical purposes

Responsibility for Uploaded Content

The application serves as a medium for users to share information. Any dispute or claim regarding inaccurate, harmful or fraudulent content is the sole responsibility of the user who uploaded the content.

e-Sell is not liable for such issues.

If users identify inaccurate or harmful information, they can report the post or request its removal by contacting our support team via email or phone.

Platform Moderation and Content Removal

Verification of Information

While we strive to review and verify user-uploaded content, due to high traffic or operational constraints, some content may not be fully reviewed. Users should independently verify the authenticity of information before acting on it.

Post Removal Requests

Users can manage and review their active posts in the "My Posts" section of the app.
e-Sell may assist with post removal upon request, subject to the availability of our customer support team. Any delay or error in fulfilling these requests is not e-Sell's responsibility, as this service is provided as a free courtesy.

User Conduct and Legal Responsibility

Users must not upload or share content that is spam, illegal, harmful, defamatory, or intended to cause harm to others.
Violations may result in account suspension or termination, and users may face legal action initiated by affected parties.

Responsibility for Disputes

Any dispute or damage arising from content uploaded by a user is the sole responsibility of the offending user. e-Sell disclaims liability for any such occurrences.

Termination

e-Sell reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, for reasons we believe violate these Terms or are harmful to other users of the App.

Communications

e-Sell may communicate with users via email, SMS or App notifications about account activity, updates and services. These communications are required and cannot be opted out of.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

e-Sell reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App following any such changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms. Updates will be effective once they are published on the Platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless e-Sell, its affiliates, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages and expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
